Bully dog PMT

I am looking at buying the PMT from bully dog. Does anyone have one? If so Do you like it? Is it worth the $1000 dollar price tag. Does it have power adders? I heard that one would have to buy a different programmer for that.

tow-30 horse
performance- 75 horse
extreme- 115-140 horse

Bullydog's usually pretty good, but check on edge juice w/ attitude, it has about the same attributes and check, but I think it's about a couple hundred cheaper

I haven't heard much about them....But just my opinion for $1000 bucks you could get a bad *** programmer and maybe some gauges or something...

Bullydog PMT

I just installed the PMT by Bullydog on my 2006 Ram 2500. Extreme power is amazing. Easy to break loose the tires (dry pavement) from a standing start. I like all the guages it provides with a number of options. Installation was easy, but did not like drilling and tapping into my post-turbo exhaust for the EGT probe. Programming took a while and froze up once but disconnected the battery and started over. Pretty much idiot proof if you follow the directions. This is the first programmer I purchased, and was torn between the Edge with GPS and the Bullydog, but am really happy with the Bullydog. Will probably download the Crazy Larry but was told to be careful not to tear apart your transmission with that much HP. Will probably go for cold air intake and exhaust system next.

Well it ain't idiot proof....and I'm the idiot! No but seriously...if you do get one, be sure to follow the instructions in the manuel to the letter (read it twice before even messing with it) and then get tech support on the phone before you download anything....cuz should you need them it's gonna take a while to get them on the phone. And trust me it will mess up your rig big time if you don't do exactly what it says to do in the manuel. Might be common knowledge...but I don't want anyone to go through the stress and agrivation that I just went through with it.
