If it were me I would send it to a performacne shop and let them do the work.
Come up with a budget, find out what your goals for the truck are. Truck pulls, drag strip, street monster, tow machine, or all the above.
Send it to Haisley, EEP, or Scheids and Im sure those guys can fix you up.
Unless you plan being a competitor in the open class at the DHRA etc. Im not sure the if the bottom end needs to be balanced blueprinted etc. but thats a good way to spend ALOT of money unless it is really truly a necessity. I would think that some head work, twin CP3's, twin turbos, cam, etc, would surely get you where you want to be. If thats not, add some throttle in a bottle, with these hard parts you can push 700-800 on fuel and 1000 with No2.
