I'm one of the ones soon to have a 3rd gen turbo on my second gen. All I think you will have to do is clock the housings. If you don't have the right down pipe, take a section of the one that will hook up to the turbo, and use a short piece of flex pipe and some clamps to connect it to the down pipe you have now which will need to be shortened somewhat. With your fueling upgradeds and superior airflow, I don't think it will spool too bad but definitely more than your stocker.
