You will have to forgive my newbness, but what is the P-pump and isn't it more beneficial on the older trucks?

The P Pump is a Bosch Mechanical Pump found on the 94-98 Dodge/Cummins it fuels and makes ungodly amounts of HP...with the CR/6.7 compression/pistons/setup its just a different route to go for a lot of HP...atleast so im told...

That's a good argument. CP3 v P-7100. I just saw the P-pump on another 24 valve in DP.

I think I would take a cp3 over a p pump because you can de tune it. from 900 horse to 500 with a click of a button... vs pulling out timing, dv's injectors etc etc.
