Cutting Injectors

So my buddy has 06 5.9 wit stock sticks that were cut to 90hp for like $70 a pop can this be done or is he feeding me full of chit? If it can wat are some pros and cons of doing this instead of just buying new nozzles which is way more exspensive

I can do it for fifty bux, I got my drill bits and my black and decker nozzle wrecker right here........ could it be done? sure, could they work good? doubtfull.

He says they working fine i was just curious is all...i have heard of more than him doing it so was just looking for some advice on it lol
