Is it possible to make 400 safe rwhp with stock tranny?

Just tuning/ intake/ exhaust.

See my sig. I'm right at the safe limit. 400/800 is about it if you don't do any racing.
A transgo kit would give me a little "wiggle room"...that may be coming up soon....

Just don't push it. With the LBZ, about all you can run is a 50HP tune. The extra stock HP cuts the old "safe rule" of "+100HP is ok" in half.

I don't know how long my tranny would live if I ran that power all the time. I usually run about 350HP at the wheels....

Henry, your Alli will start crying for mercy pretty soon. Those are very good times.

Hi. Forgive my ignorance but is the tranny the only weak link now to adding more power to the LBZ since it has more power in stock form compared to the LB7? I hope to be looking for a LBZ soon with any luck!
