I am confused, so they took the box off, and now you don't have the problems?

Who in their right mind leaves a tuner box on the truck when they take the truck into the dealer? You are just asking for a warranty denial if you do that.

Could be the Edge tunes have excessive timing....that could cause those sounds.

I guess you give the customer what they want. If they don't want the "rattle", and the Edge gives them that, then they are going to have to go with something else.
