What would happen?

My cuz has the bullydog programmer programed in the pcm, and he got the normal edge box that is like 90 hp. Now can he stack the 2 together or is that bad. He does not have a computer, and I am no duramax guy. Would be thankful for honest answers.
Thanks

i have never done it, but i have read that they do not stack well together. lots of people have stacked edge with ppe and works well. you should tell him to look into efi cheaper than bullydog and edge together. and limitless possibilities

I'm pretty sure that you can stack them, but you'll have to play with the levels to find a combo that works. I think you end up running the BD on highest, and the Edge on level 1 or 2.

no you will not be able to control, but they work better as a combination together. i would guess its the ppe programming, but i dont know enough to say why it works better.

I hope he has a built trans or is planning on it

While they may stack. I can almost guarantee it will limp a stock trans.

I stacked the Bullydog with the edge for a while and also the ppe, both the standard and hot + 2. The stacks ran better having a lift pump, but the edge still didnt always act real nice. The best of the stack was the standard ppe set on kill and edge set on 5/5.

Efi is a lot nicer..........
