05 LLY CE lights

I just bought an 05 CC SB LLY w/40k miles and installed a Volant CAI and 4" magnaflow turbo back exhaust along with a Quadzilla tuner. The problem is ever since I changed the exhaust I am getting 5 CE lights for EGR gases and turbo underboost? I am thinking it is because of the cat removal? What is my best fix for this? This is my first diesel truck. I used to own an 02 CC SB 8.1 whipple supercharged. I must say I love the diesels now.

You are probably needing a EGR block plate. Some of the LLY's through codes with Exhaust some don't. Looks like yours does.

Thanks for the info. I actually ordered the fingerstick and egr block off plate from Kennedy Diesel 2 days ago. Hopefully that will cure my problem.

hacking and splicing your factory wiring harness...not.

A tuner that has the EGR diagnostic disable feature, pure and simply.

I received the fingerstick and egr block off plate the other day and I installed them. The truck has performed great with no CE lights. I am now very satisfied. My next question is how good are the Allison transmissions when upgrading from stock? How much can they handle?
