good glow plug

im pretty sure i posted this before and cant find it so ill post again
i have a non turbo 7.3 in a 1990 ford f250 4x4 what is a good glow plug to go with someone sayed to use only ford glow plugs and stay away from autolites how true is this and what is a good glow plug to use

Motorcraft. Some have had good luck using other brands. We dont want to see anyone take that little chance and having one swell up and bust off resulting in you having to remove your heads that or damaging your engine. So sticking to Motorcraft will not cause any issues with swelling up.

The Glow plugs and Thermostat are the two parts to always buy Factory.

Ford, Motorcraft, International and BERU are ALL "OEM" parts and perfectly good quality. I would not use ANY others in my truck!
