7.3 idi non turbo

I just bought a 1994 ford van with a 7.3 idi diesel non turbo and would like to know what kind of performance upgrades are available for it as it does not run as good as my 1996 ford with the turbo powerstroke all suggestions would be appreciated thanks, brian

Hi Bigdog...and welcome to TDG.

I moved your post into the Ford forum where it will be hopefully seen by more Ford gurus.

You will need to spend money to make some power. First you need a Turbo and then an IC then you can turn up the pump. But get all the gauges to protect the money on the cost to make some power.

Iím getting 11PSI boost and Exhaust temp is hitting 900* and I can turn it up some more but 1000-1100* is all I want to be safe.
