Question CULTCH QUESTION

I wAs wondering if the clutches on these are like my old jeep where as the clutch wears the pedle gets closer to the floorboard. The guy I got the truck from told me he just replaced the master and slave cylinders for the clutch. But the clutch disengages about 2-3 inches off of the floor board. Is this normal? Is their an adjustment? Is my clutch wearing out? Thank y'all.
