Clutch problem continues

Ok. Got my clutch finished, in the rain, after finding out I have a 12" clutch for a turbo'ed 73IDI and not the standard 11" one for N/A 7.3IDI. So I went to test it and the peddle is a bit better but reverse still grinds. Did the travel check and I got the minimum 11mm of pushrods travel but as its held it droops 1mm. So is my slave cylinder bad or is it the master. Please help. I need this beast running.

Mucho thanks

Thank you sooooo much. I think your suggestions on the bushings will be the cure. I got under the dash and that rod you talked about for the clutch and brake pedals ride on had about half an inch of play. And the "pin" for the clutch master had 1/8-1/4" play because it's a nut and bolt that was almost completely unthreaded. Thank you again.
