7.3L cylinder bank plug/drain

I had a customer come in today saying something about a drain/pepcock on the side of the cylinder block of his '93 IDI Turbo. I never looked for this thing when I had my 7.3L IDI NA engine, he apparently has been told one is above the starter and one maybe towards the center of the other bank of cylinders. Did these come with a basic pipe plug or did these come with an actual bleeder from the factory?

Thank you

Ok kool, I looked through my Haynes Specific GM and Ford manual too and had seen if it had a picture of the cylinder bank and I could see a pipe plug. Thanks Dave.
