overhead gauge pod?

I've got the factory overhead console and was wondering if an overhead gauge pod still fit up there or would it interfere with fitment or vision of the gauges?

I tried to put one in my truck a once. I would have had to remove and remount the rear view mirror.

They only fit in the trucks that have the SUPER DUTY (newer style) logo on the windshield. My 2000's mirror (factory Ford glass) was mounted higher than my buddy's 2004 with the SUPER DUTY on it.

Mine is an 05 maybe it makes a difference if you have the auto dim rear view mirror? It has that big gob of crap on the back.
