Does higher elevation create higher or lower cylinder pressure?

Will the same engine crate higer or lower cylinder head pressures at sea level or 5,000 ft elevations, or is the lower oxygen level irrelevant for cylinder pressures?

AND YOU THOUGHT CARTER SUCKED

A turbocharged engine has very little difference in actual cylinder preasure below about 10,000 that is one benefit of the waist gate. On a naturally aspirated engine, gas, the higher you go the lower the actual cylinder preasure is. The O2 sensor would cut back the fuel to compensate. The only naturally aspirated diesel engines I have ever seen was one 220 Cummins in a tug, and the last wooden tree yarder, bless her soul, had a 1710 Cummins
Just a thought!
