head light adjustment

Does anyone know how to properly adjust the head lights on a 96 f-350? I know how to move the lights but I don't know how to properly aim them so I'm not blinding oncoming traffic or lighting up the curb. The reason I am asking is I replaced my head lights with the diomond style lights with clear corner and turn signal. Any help would be appreciated.

Not an exact way but try this, park in front of a large wall or door in the evening. Turn on the head lights. Mark with tape the location of the main beam on the wall/door. Install new headlights and adjust till the beam is near the taped markings. Just remember if you need to move the truck just mark the wheel location to keep the same distance from the wall/door as when you started.
