Tranny.

Would a tranny from a 5.4 triton in an F250 interchange for a 5.4 triton in an F150?

Well, the F150 is an 04 so i'm assuming it would be the same tranny as a 6.0 Powerstroke, since the tranny is all the same in a ford. So what I'm trying to ask is, would putting a tranny from a F250 or bigger (gas or diesel), be a bit stronger than a half ton tranny?
