rear sliding window

anyone figured out a way to lube the rear sliding window? mine takes for ever to open.

06' F350
I'm not a Diesel Mechanic or Expert. All posts are just guesstimations.
4" Turbo Back Exhaust, 2" lift in front,1" Lift In the Rear, EGT Gauge, ARP Studs.

I have done mine a few times. To be honest I just take some food grade silicone spray and douche it down where I can get the red straw in. I have only done it twice in the last 5 years so it must end up somewhere and so some good.

as much or more than lube, the track needs to be spread a tiny least that was the solution that worked for my truck.I took a strip of 1/4 inch thick flooring to pry the aluminum channel open(a little at a time)

WD-40 worked for me, I just gave the lower track a good spray and it works great.

You better keep it lubed. I didn't and fried my motor assembly. Now I'm out the sliding rear window. A new motor is about $250!!!!

I would use Tri-Flow just in case, because in cold weather WD40 will freeze.
