Excursion AC issue, VACUUM?

Ok folks, my new to me excursion has an issue I found, When running the AC, the cold air is coming from the lower and windshield ducts and a tiny bit from the dash ports, now when I get to a stop light after hiway riding, with my foot on the brake, the ac works fine in the dash vents, then once I drive on after the light turns back green, it goes back to the other vents once I get up to 1800 rpm's. Sounds like a vac. issue, anyone got any idea's or have this happen before? Any help is appreciated.

If it's a 4x4 check the vacuum lines at the reservoir and going to and ftom the vacuum switch on the inner fender. The lines are plastic and sometimes the battery cables and other stuff bibs on them and causes them to become damaged. My V10 did this exactly when I bought it, the fix was about $3 worth of rubber hose.
