Bump Stops???

Does anyone know how to remove the rear bumpstops on the 07 F350? I have a 7" lift and there is no way in hell those stops are going to do any good. Was looking at my truck today at a distance and those things are UGLY!

I just switched mine out on an "06 F250 for a set of Timbrens. There should be a nut on the top of the frame rail directly over the bump stop if is set up like a F250.
