4.5 cab over

Just thought I would stop by the local ford dealer and drive a new truck mine is about to retire from it 1200 miles aweek Service Calls. Out of the side of my eye I see this white thing. Took it for a test drive thought it had lots of power even though the sticker says 200 hp and 440 ft/lbs. Its got the torque shift in it and the sales man says it should get some good mpg. Might have a new truck if they will bring down that price a bit. Thought you guys might want some pictures.

Yes it is a LCF as you can tell in the second picture. I have never really been a fan of the cab overs but they look pretty cool.

How is the reliabilty of those motors? I have always been a fan of cab over Isuzu's for work trucks for employees.

our shop paints a lot of the new isuzus and that looks looks very similar to the npr cab over. i always thought chevy owned isuzu because we get a lot of the nprs with chevy or gmc emblems, i have never seen one with ford badges and grille. the only difference is the mirrors and the lug patern, but the headlights, doors, fenders, steps, and windshield all look the same as the npr.

They aren't bad little trucks. The cab is made by Mazda and the chassis is made by Blue Diamond. The engine uses alot of the same parts as a 6.0, so it has some of the same problems also. But any Ford dealer with 6.0 parts in stock can get it going again. The early build trucks had a lot of wiring issues but they have been fixed
