what is a zoodad and how do you do it?

2000 FORD F250 2WD 7.3 6spd,
BULLYDOG MONITOR,BULLYDOG 6 POSITION CHIP,BULLYDOG 4" EXHAUST,AFE STAGE 2 COLD AIR INTAKE, Garrett gtp38r turbo, SOUTHBEND CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL,BILSTEIN SHOCKS ,7 GALLON AIR TANK,SEALED VIAIR AIRCOMPRESSOR,ANVIL AIR HORNS,(2) 10 JL AUDIO SUBS, (1) MEMPHIS AMP AND (1) SONY XPLOD AMP, Truck bed has been LINEX'D in 2010, Fire and Ice brake light,

Cut out a big section of the radiator support header to allow a free flow into the air intake. Look at the intake on your truck. It stops right behind the header panel. I just cut mine out completely in stead of drilling holes, no problems out of doing this so far. :Thumbup:

I did the same, used a small air saw at work...cut through it like butter. I got my info off the WIKI site.

2001 - F-250 7.3 4x4 - Auto 190K miles, 5" exhuast, F350 rear leafs, 07 Face lift

take an air saw and hack it all out. just drill a new hole for your temp sensor...
