Can't decide what I want!!

I want stacks but I also want a tonneau cover. The company that I want a tonneau from is Undercover anyone dealt with them before . Do you think that a custom one could be made that could accomdate stacks safely without getting heat damage?

The undercover is like a fiberglass and plastic composite I think. How did those guys covers do around the heat? How did the the cover lift with the stacks going through them? Could probably have a shorter custom cover for my short bed. That would tight to have both!!! Thanks .

Roc, I have the undercover, and it is great. It is easy to remove if you need to.

I would not think it would do very good near the temp of the stacks. I think you would start to see heat damage, and melting, because it is plastic.

Thats what I thought. Maybe I could get a custom one that would be away enough from the stacks not to melt. Don't really want a fiberglass one.

You could always put a smaller stack inside a nicer big stack. The air gap between the two could allow the outer stack to touch the cover. It would be a heat shield/exhaust tip kind of. People would never know from looking at it.
Just trying to think outside the box.

Thats a good idea. Last night I emailed UnderCocer and they said that the wouldn't make a custom top unless I paid the 60K for the design. Yeah right .
