ABS problem.

Hi guys. I haven't been on here much lately. So I don't know if this has been a problem for anyone before.
The last couple of trips to Toronto when I have the cruise on it would give a little shake and then the cruise would disengage and the ABS light would come on. I stopped to check things out but nothing looked amiss. I shut the truck off and started it up. Took off and the light would be on for a few seconds then go off. I tried to see if there was a code , but nothing came up. Any ideas as to what may be a miss?
Thanks.

I think the place to start would be at the wheel sensors, particularly the rear, but I guess any of them might do it. Not sure how to test that they are bad but had two replaced on my truck way back when it was new. Not the same symptoms but at least a place to start. Those sensors would not set any codes if bad.

I had an intermittant ABS light. It set a code and it was the speed sensor on the rear axel.
