Unhappy Rear Window Creaking.

I have a 2006 F-250 Crew Cab 4X4 PSD.

I have a creaking noise in the passenger side rear window area.

It makes the sound whenever the body flexes.

Took it to the dealer and they could hear the noise, but couldn't fix it. They tightened some body mounting bolts and that didn't help.

Anybody have this noise? What should they do to fix it?

Could it be that the window seal is just a little loose and allowing it to slide when the truck flexes rubbing against the body or glass? Just thinking out loud.

I had this issue on my truck a while back due to the rear window seal 'itching' against the sheet metal on the cab. Took a can of silicone and inserted the straw between the cab and the window moulding and hosed it down the whole way around the window. You may need to pry the seal up a bit to insert the straw, I used a small screwdriver covered in tape. Wipe up the excess and the noise should be gone.
