Angry Cowl hood delivered with dents

So I got my Reflexxon (sp) hood today. Delivered in dark so I checked with flashlight. Of course the hoods black and all looked well. SO I THOUGHT. got it inside the house and upon further inspection there is a mild flatspot on the cowl and 3 dings. Should I go thru the hassel of sending it back or just have the bodyshop repair it. Should be a simple fix for them. Pisses me off!!!

Send a note or call them first. Maybe they'll cut you deal.

Life changes, so roll with it, not against it.

I would say let the body shop fix it after all the time and hassle of getting another one, it wouldn't take much for the body shop to fix it since they have to paint it anyway.

New OEM parts come with the tiny dents option a lot of the time, and even more of aftermarket parts we buy have some sort of damage from shipping, so sending it back would be a waste of time.

Finished rebuilder 2005 F250 Power Stroke CC SWB FX4 XLT, 2.5"F/1"R skyjacker lift kit, diamond-plate bed caps, Line-X, Sonic Blue Pearl, Billet grille inserts, 17" Mickey Thompson Classic II's, 35" Hankook Mud Terrain's

Current Project: 97 F350 Power Stroke CC LWB XLT 4x4, sideswiped, 62k miles.

yeah, mine was "customized" by the previous owner. He did a straight panel delete and warranty delete.
