Where To Find Vavoline Extreme Blue 15w/40?

Am ready to change oil for first time and with the help of many of your replies have decided to use valvoline extreme blue 15w/40, but after checking with napa, autozone, advance auto, and pep boys i can't find anyone who carries it or can even order it for me. Where is everyone buying it at ? Got new filters from international yesterday just need the oil. Thanks in advance for any input.

Max,
You can order it from Napa. Tell them to pull out their catalog, and look on the Valvoline page. They can order you 1 case of gallon Jugs...that will do you 16 Quarts.

The non-synthetic is called Premium Blue, and it is 15W-40. You want the Premium Blue Extreme which is a synthetic, and is 5W-40.

I order it from my local Napa everytime, and it takes them about 2 days to get it normally. Also, don't get the oil filter from them, goto an International dealer, and get it from there. There is one in Suffolk...here is thier info:

3468 Pruden Boulevard,23434
(757) 539-2331

Hope that helps...

I get it from the local napa store. If they don't have it then ask them to order it and stock it. That is what I had to do. Then when they got there shipment in I went the next day and they were all out.

Valvoline Extreme is 5W40 (synthetic)
Premium is 15W40 (blend)

Which do you want?

Premium is available at any truck stop in gallons.

Extreme is only available at truck dealers or Cummins shops, unless you request it from the above mentioned sources (like NAPA) but it's usually higher.

I get it (Extreme)from our local Cummins shop for $18.88/gal no tax (fleet account)
