leveling kits

What type of kit would be better? The lift blocks or whole new lift springs. I was looking into the DR mini leaf pack. Its for a 2004 f250.

04 F 250 sct; airaid intake; 4" turbo back; Autometer boost, tranny, water in the overhead cluster; fuel press egt's on pillar; coolant filter; 2" DR level kit

If you are refering to the front never use blocks.. rear is fine..

mini spring pack or the sky 2" hanger kit or 2.5 rubicon express hanger kits are great.

I have a 3" shackle and hanger kit I picked up for $220 on ebay, I love it. We did two trucks in about 4 hours. That's 3hrs for the first truck, 1hr for the second.

you can get the 2" mini pack or the Sky hanger kit for 200 bucks.. great way to go to level.

Personally I wouldn't ever recommend any of those home made kits on ebay..maybe the spring packs but not the hanger kits.. they just look cheap

Hey Delps04,
I decided to go with a 3in FabTech lift in the front not the 2.5in leveling kit then i added a 1in block in back because the back sat a little low.
I also upgraded all shocks the FabTech Dirt-Logic 2.25's w/res.

tjigger do you remember how much the Fabtech was since money these days is tight will fuel at $4.00. Also do you that i should replace the front shocks with longer ones if just doing the 2.5 lift?

Yes i think you should replace the shocks with a level kit.The FabTech kit is very well built and comes with the shocks (4 i think)

 think it was around $1500, it was a while ago..

Mine costs more because i got the 4 Dirt-Logic 2.25 Shocks w/res
you could get the dirt-logic 2.0 shocks without res and it would cost less.
or the performance shocks and it would cost alot less..
