Performance Numbers : F250 vs F350

Anyone have any hard numbers or a good comparison website? Towing. Power. Weight. 1/4 times etc. I cant decide whether to go a 350 or 250 and if CC would slow me down much more than the extended cab i've been looking at. Sooo many choices! issed:

Not in their league? By that I hope you mean that the lightning is slower! You can get a 250 since you aren't carrying that much weight. Just make sure you get the plow package or the truck can overheat with a plow on it.

i know you guys can get these things going BUT...... what high 13's? It was/still is running consistant 12.0x's with about 1500 in mods. I dont think the powerstroke is going to do that. Besides not needing a 350....whats the drawback? Ton more weight, slower?

Rougher ride added cost - you can get real close to 12's with $1500 in mods (exhaust, intake, SCT, Gauges & Nitrous or Pane)

Did you run the 12.0x on street tires? I doubt it. The good thing about diesels is that you can turn the same times on the street as you can on the strip.

No, they are basically the same truck. the 350 sits about an inch higher. And bigger is better so 350 sounds more manly than 250
