MBRP Exhaust Question

Whats the big difference between the Stainless and Aluminized exhaust systems? I know that one is stainless and the other isn't (obviously) and the price difference;however if I am not in snow, saltor showing it, then would the aluminized steel be ok?

Thanks

if you don't live in the area's with snow and road salt you can get by with aluminized.

I am asking because I bought my truck with 18k on it and someone had put duals on it, but Flowmaster. The muff looks like a normal Flowmaster muffler, with some fairly restrictive bends in it and I want something that flows better. I have already had my EGR valve replaced and am wondering if the Flowmaster is couasing too much backpressure. Of course I could be completely off base, but I want an exhaust for a diesel, not one that I hope is for a diesel.
