Tow "hooks" useless?

Anyone dislike their front tow "loops"? I do. They're too small to get a chain hook to pass through and too thick to allow the hook to hook onto them.

They need to change to an open hook or a loop big enough for a large chain to pass through.

I've used mine before, however I used straps, not a chain, so size wasn't a problem.
