Which Gears?

Ok so I have 373s in my truck would it be better to go with 410s? And how much MPG would I lose?

For your 35" tires, I'd go with 4.10's unless you're towing heavy, then you should look into 4.30's.

I just had my gears swapped over to 4.10's last month. Didnt really pick up any fuel milage increase on the highway but milage is a little better in town. My rpms are pretty close to stock. It was a pretty hard choice for me to make between the 4.10 or 4.30 gears. I will be pulling my camper this time home and will find out if it really help with my towing milage. I ran my truck the whole time home with out the programmer on it and deffinatley could tell that the gears had been change. But again no change in fuel mileage.

Lower gears will help with in-town mileage, but you have to get really low to make a difference in highway mileage (as long as you drive for mileage - not speed)

I can keep my truck in the 14-16 range in town if I pay attention, 18-19 on the highway empty, and that's with 4.30's and stock tires, but I have to drive like an old fart.

If you're running around at 75+ you're wasting your time worrying about mileage.

Gear it to cruise under 2000rpms (assuming a stock truck) and keep it under 60mph for maximum mileage.
