'05+ Wheels on '04 F-350?

Has anyone swapped a set of complete calipers/wheels off of an '05+ F-350 on to an '04 or older?

We have an '05 Lariat on our farm that I thought about pulling the 18" wheels off of, and swapping with my '04 -- but I know I can't put my 16" Lariat wheels on the '05 without swapping over my smaller calipers, right?

Any ideas? I figure I'd need to swap calipers, rotors, wheels. Is it that simple?

Thanks!!

I know the offset on the wheels are different so its possible the the rest like brake disk and calipers could be different also. Check the part numbers on the fordparts website.

You'd need wheel spaces for your 04, and I'm pretty sure new wheels would be cheaper than the spacers.

without spacers the front tires will rub the leaf springs.
