Deal is out of their mind!! 2008 F-450 center wheel caps!!!!

So I just got back from a trip from San Diego to Louisiana and those damn "bump" wake your *** up strips on the edge of the road caused me too loose the front and rear Center wheel caps off my F-450's passenger side...

The dealer wants 100 bucks for the front one and 130 bucks for the rear one!!!!!! Anyone no where to get those?? Keep in mind they are 10 Bolt or lug.......

how many miles on your truck??? If you are under 36K then have the dealership replace them.

tell them they just flew off, a good dealer will warranty them for ya. i would do it and have many times. its not your fault. the only circumstance that would change is if it came in crashed. the retainers must have failed if they let go over something like that. its not your fault. good luck

Those caps are usually held on pretty tight by their retainers. If those "rumble strips" caused the caps to come off, then the retainers on the caps were faulty, so it should be covered under the warranty..

If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms.
