wiring codes

Does anyone have a chart for the speaker wiring behind the radio?

I mainly need + and - and L and R for the rear speakers, but as they come out of the back of the headunit.

Thanks.

On yea, trucks an 04, with the 6-disk changer.

Also, anyone have any tips for removing the stereo? I know I gotta go pickup a set of those rods, but Ive never actually removed a ford radio with them.
