F-250 rear axle

Hello all,
I have access to a '97 F-250 that is about to be junked. It is a gasser but I was wondering if anyone knew if the rear axle would be worth salvaging and, what it is exactly (axle type) and what it is worth. It does have drum brakes so it need updating to fit newer styles.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
DD
