Door Seal mod

I just did this mod today and i can hardly close my door with 95 degree weather, dont even want to think about how hard it will be when it gets down to 40 and the 3/8 OD - 1/4 ID vinyl tubing doesnt give as much. To the other members how hard do you have to slam your doors? On a scale of one to ten and ten being using all of my power to slam the door I would say its at about a 7.5

It's no harder to close my doors, but I have developed a leak when it rains - drips right onto my elbow on the door panel.

w/ the poly tubing it takes time to get used to, you cant reduce the wind
and road noise w/OUT sealing the door tight ! most of the wind noise comes
from the front angle/seal portion of the door.

one secret ive learned is when you close the door dont just SWING it and let
go...pull it and keep a firm pull on it, or it will "bounce" against the seal and
fail to close all the way.

I rarely have to close my door more than once. passengers have a tough time,
youll find, if you crack your window the passenger will have a much easier time
of closing the door the 1st time.

I would NOT recommend using foam backer "round"/ wont keep the seal.

Give it a few days, youll get used to it...and youll appreciate the significantly reduced
wind noise <at highway speeds>
