Custom Bumpers????

Lift Laws in VA are 30/31 from the bottom of front/rear bumpers and I am 2.5 inches on the front and 3.5 inches on the rear to high. What companies out there can produce custom bumpers to lower how high the bumpers are but not look stupid? If I alter the bumpers and mount them lower then the cops can measure from the frame. So I need a bumper that mounts and fits were the factory ones do but are fabricated so it makes up the 2.5 and 3.5 inches.

Been gone for a while.. since I've been gone here's an update: I've bought a 2012 F150 Harley Davidson Edition and I recently got rid of it on a 2009 F350 King Ranch C/C Longbed. Has a 6'' lift on 355/60r20, Bully Dog, Leer 700 cover, Bed Carpet and more to come in future

2010 F350 Lariat FX4 6.4 C/C Longbed stock for a little while. (traded it in 2012) ,

FIRST LOVE SOLD 9/11/2010 2004 F350 XLTFX4 6.0 C/C Longbed, 38.5" ProComp Xtreme All Terrain Radials 20x10 Helo Series HE791, 11.5" Skyjacker Lift, Banks Exhaust, SCT SF3, Tri-gauge cluster w/ISSPRO Gauges, CCV, ARP Studs, ITP Regulated Return Kit, Banks Intercooler Sys, Deleted EGR, Fluidamp, DFuser Coolant Filter Kit.

are you measuring to the bottom of the plastic?? If so most aftermarket bumpers actually sit higher than the factory bumpers so you might need more of a drop..

What part of Virginia are you at ? you can look into the aftermarket add on bumpers, a buddy had it on his, not sure what they are called but sorta looks like a bigger Exc bumper with fog lights at the bottom.

not sure what your fab skills are like. But when i created my front bumper i added a skid plate to the bottom of the bumper and welded it on. When i got pulled over for being to tall they said that since that skid plate was welded on that saved my but. So if you cannot find a aftermarket bumper to take up the diffrence you could always weld on some steel plate and angle it back to make up the diff. with only needign that little amount you probably would never see the plate standing infront of the veh
