Tire size options for 2k Lariat wheels?

I am due for some tires soon. Tired of the 235's on there now. I want taller wider within reason. Truth be told I would love to upgrade to 19.5's right now but just can't afford that anytime soon.

Yes. 285/75/16 is about the largest you can go on a stock rim. You can fit bigger tires with different rims though.

265's are stock, I have 285's on one of mine. Just curious, why the 235's?

Just from looking at pics of his truck... he can't make up his mind on if he wants 4 tires or 6, and to run the 6 you've gotta have 235s...

I'm kinda confused by the pics... In some of the pics, it looks to me like he converted it to a dually. If so, he can't go as big on the tires... 255/85/16's are considered to be about the reasonable limit on dually rims without a spacer between the rears.... OTOH, his sig says "SRW once again" which means may be using SRW wheels again......

His most recent pics show him being back to a SRW truck, but, he's still using the D80 axle, which pushes the rear tires out a bit. Wonder if the 285s will be too close to the bedside?

Shouldn't be. It isn't like the tires are any where near the tops of the wheel wells, even on a DRW......
