What exhaust tip is this??? (pictures included)

I've seen this on quite a few dually's and want to add it to my 06 dually but .......

Questions are:
#1 Who makes it?

#2 Is it part of a kit?

#3 Can it be added to a stock exhaust?

06 F-350 CrewCab 6.0L, 4.10LS, DRW short bed, FX4, moonroof, power slider, back-up sensors, black on tan heated leather, ZooDad...and all else stock.

It could be s.s. pipe that was bent and flared. If you look at his front fender badges, it looks like thier is a sticker under the emblem. Some guts put the Banks sticker thier for show. Do you remember what it was? It looks like he is trying to make it look like a King Ranch, rim centers, and tailgate emblem but his front badges are the standard F-350 badge, also I believe the king ranch is two tone with arizona biege on the lower panel.
