18" tires?

Has anyone found a decent tire for the stock 18" rims on the '05 & '06 trucks yet? I want to go bigger, but all I have found so far is either smaller (shorter that is) or enough bigger to need new rims. I would like to find a 285 or 295/75, both wider and taller. The 285/65 is actually shorter than the stock 275/70 so that is out of the question.:umno:

SCT XCAL3 from Elite Diesel, AEM Brute Force Dry Flow, semi-Zoodad, Steveracer mod, CCV reroute, RCD EGR delete, Autometer Ultralites on the A-pillar
MBRP Turbo-back.
Can you keep up?!?!
Well punk, can ya??

Goodyear has the Wrangler AT/S in 275/70R18. I don't know if the AT/S is a good tire. I read mixed reviews at tirerack.com. I would like a good ice/road tire in 275/75R18 (11x34.5). I drive alot of highway miles and would like a taller tire w/o the added resistance of a wider tire.

I think more tires are coming out in July. My truck has 17K and the stockers aren't going to last till July.

If Ford would have put the specs out for the new tire size, then there would be plenty of tires available.

Cool, the BFG's sound like exactly what I'm looking for. Do you know if they are available yet?

Can you tell me where he got them? I just called Discount Tire and they don't even list them.

Just got of the phone with my friend, he was wrong they are a 285/65R18. Sorry about that. You could go with Nitto Terra Grapler in a 325/60R18 that wont rub and is 32.99x12.83 or a 325/65R18 that might rub and is 34.88x12.99. Im going with the 325/65R18's when I get my new rims and leveling kit.
