Goodyear AT/S?

Hi, I am looking for information on the goodyear AT/S. How does it ride? How many miles should I expect out of them? How do they do on dry pavement? wet pavement? ice?

I am looking at the 275/70R18.

Thanks for any and all info,
Dan.

I had a set of 305s on an 00 F-150 that did good for about 25000 and then went to roaring and bouncing. Take note that I ain't known for taking care of my tires. Rotating, Balancing, and alignments just ain't my thing. The best tires I've ever owned are BFG ATs. I have owned 4 sets and I love them.

Actually, from what I have heard, the AT/S is no more...The few people that I knew that had them swore by them. A few guys got 80K per set out of them before they were worn out!

Really? I've got them on my Harley, the same size he's talking about I believe, and I've got no problems. But I've only got 14,000 miles on mine. I'll be putting new tires on the back, but that's due to other things: . But I think I'll be buying the same tires as replacements.

I had the 265 at/s on my dmax and they were still good at 45K. I would have needed new ones in 10 to 15K. Pretty good dry, great wet. They really shined in real wet weather when there was small puddles in the road.
