Rotating Toyo MT's

I have been rotating my Toyo 35's MT every 5000 to 7000 miles. My passanger side are wearing more on the outside edge more now. I have close 30,000 miles on them and looks like I can go another 10,000 give or take.
My question is Can rotate them left to right?

That picture is only right IF you do not have directional tires!
If your tires are directional, like ProComp Extreme AT's you keep them on the same sided and rotate front to back/back to front only. Also Directional tires will usually say rotation with an arrow pointing the proper direction, this is found on the sidewall.

When I have X-terrains, I had them taken off the wheels and switched to get the inside of the tire on the outside of the wheel. Made a world of difference as far as getting your money's worth out of a tire.
