go with a mastercraft courser c/t in the 285... on stock rims the 305s will wear weird and cup since the rim isnt wide enough... the c/ts look aggressive not noisy on the hwy and perform well... also you should be able to get 45-55k miles on them depending on how you drive!

I really didn't like my BFG AT's. I like my Nitto's though, good all around, not loud and priced right.

I would steer clear of the mastercraft courser ct in my opinion they suck, didn't wear all that good and lots of road noise. I went with an all terrain this time and they seem to be wearing great and very little road noise. I also have used the BFG at's on my ranger and had great luck with wear and I loved the look, just my .02

After I did tire research, I found that the Bridgestone Revo 2 is one of the top rated tires and has the second highest customer satisfaction. Also they are right in the middle as far as pricing goes. Take a look at them on Tirerack.com. My boss just bought a set and is very happy so far with them.

I didn't think they had good traction in mud or snow - primarily because they didn't seem to clear themselves well which was more evidenced by all the stones they would pick up and then clack clack clack down the street. They were also expensive.

I got my Nitto's at a local 4X4 shop. We just put Bridgestone Dueler APT's on the wifes Expedition. They are a good tire so far but I don't know if they come in anything but a light truck tire.
