Excursion - where does the jack handle belong..

I have an 05 Excursion... The jack handle is in a leather bag laying in the cargo area... Does it stoy anywhere?

Thanks..

It goes inside the spare tire cover.

Or...you could probably stuff it in the compartment that the jack is in.
