91 Jeep wrangler VS 04 F350

So, long story short, this 16 yr old kid got his license a week or 2 ago.
Didn't stop properly at his stop sign and somehow didn't even see me in my large, white, loud truck in the middle of the day.

As he rolled on through the stop sign he sees me at the last minute, hesitates and then somehow thinks he can make it and punches it. I barely had time to swerve and stand on the brakes. Slammed me right in the drivers side front door. Didn't feel real good. Somehow he and his 15 year old friend came out without a scratch and I crawled out my window unharmed as well.

To clarify I was on a highway and at cruising speed. HE had a stop sign. Had he not hesitated, and got out there a second sooner, I would have smeared the road with his jeep and we could have all been hospitalized, or worse.

This was last sunday (5/23). Its been a week and I haven't heard anything from his ins company. The damage adjuster sent them his report on Wednesday. I'm not sure if they are going to total it or try and fix it.

Here is some pics, what do yall think? Looks like in one of the pics from the back the frame may be twisted.

Yep, kinda what I'm thinking because in that first pic the bed looks to be at a different angle to the cab. Kind of like its twisted.
