Aftermarket sub and amp connecting to factory nave unit

Just as the title says I've got aftermarket sub amp and speakers. Speakers and tweeters and amp all work. The sub however doesn't. How can I tie the sub into the system? Thanks guys

When I put mine in I took the factory sub out but left factory amp an wire off of the factory amp to the after market because it had six wires going into factory amp so I left the factory one an wire in after
