Loose Steering

I just installed some mazzi hulk 20s with toyo mts 35x 12.50 What used to be minor looseness in steering at 60 or less has become somewhat severe, sometimes hard to keep in lane, this is not just the tires for sure i can look at the tires and move the wheel about 4 inches (2 each way) without wheels turning then they jerk, i think the steering box is loose, btw this is its second it acted like this after it was wrecked, after replacement it was better, also with the old cupped 325 60s it would death wobble occasionally at about 50 my question is if its possible to tighten up steering box or if i just have to replace again, I did a leveling kit without replacing trackbar, it was a cheap kit, wheres a good place to get a little longer one, or whats your feelings on cutting and welding stocker??? Sorry for long post One more thing, what pressures you running on these tires to keep from taking out middles or outsides? running 60 all around right now

Do you have the trac bar attached? Are the joints on the ends good? How about the tie rod ends? Are they in good shape? Hand jiggling might or might not tell you the story before you take them off and inspect. How about your pitman arm? Is it on tight? Steering box on tight? I put 2.5" pucks on my truck with no other adjustments, and I don't get the mess you describe. But mine was fairly new when I installed, yours has been wrecked

Nothing seems loose i havent gotten a second person to turn wheel while i inspect or pried against joints yet, but yeah i inspected everything today, as i was afraid something may fall apart, i will post results when i find something, does anyone know the purpose of the bolt with jamnuts on the top of the box? I think its some sort of adjustment but if i remember rumors correctly you can really screw things up by messin with it... Slick willie, is your wheel cocked to the side a lil bit going straight down the road after the leveling kit?

On top of the steering box? You talking about this with the lock nuts?

Mine cocked from 12:00 to about 2:00 (or maybe 10:00, I can't remember), but I adjusted the sleeve on the drag link to correct it back to 12:00. It was pretty easy.
