08 f250 fender vents

I'm replacing fender grill inserts. Can anyone give me any pointers on removing the vents & inserts? The maroon color insert has got to go. Thanks for your help!!

CC lariat w/ all opt.,Spartan, dpf/doc delete, MBRP duals, full tint, all Hids, all Recon smoked lts, AFE drop in air. Nitto 295-60-20

Open ur hood and reach down there and start pinching the tabs with needle nose while u pull the chrome piece from the outside

2008 f350 king ranch Spartanized with all tunes even the 345!!!! full 4" downpipe back with 7" tip, JL500/1v2 ,300/1v4, 2 JL 10w1v2 subs, JL door speakers c2 570x and pioneer tweeters ts110, pioneer avic z110 BT, Top gun front bumper replacement, ranchhand back bumper, -3% tint side 4, back 5%, front 30%, nathan air chime p3 train horn, all recon accesories. 2.5 lift, 35" nitto trail mt, 20"xd series wheels

I sure as heck can't reach down and get more than 1 or 2 of those clips, haha, and I'm all of 160 pounds.

I used a plastic pry tool and pried where each of the clips were at. Worked out really well and all in all the stainless mesh looks good.

2008 F250 CC SB - It all wont fit in the sig so why bother?

Got it done in about 15 mins total. Just pryed at the clips w/ a cloth around a Small pry tool. No problem at all. However, now I have to remove & paint the white you can see behind the mesh. My truck is white so now you can see into the fender. I'm going to paint inside black.
Thanks for all of the info.
I do need some info on changing the mirror lights.... Any help???
